III. Proposal to Establish Graduate Certificate Programs and a Minor in the School of Nursing
I attach a proposal to establish a post-baccalaureate certificate program in Healthcare Administration to be provided by the School of Nursing.  This certificate program is the second program developed by a graduate school in collaboration with the College of General Studies under the auspices of “Pitt Learning Solutions.”  I also attach proposals for a post-baccalaureate certificate program Genetics in Health Care and a minor in Nursing Genetics.  Associate Deans Pat Bohachick (Nursing), Darlene Zellers (CGS), and others from the School of Nursing will be present to answer questions.
