Grant is provided under the Program Development and Support 
Project in Liberia (6690510) to assist the Ministry of Education (MOE) in 
developing a 5-year (1989-94) educational reform plan which will serve as 
the guiding document for MOE programs and policies.  The plan will be 
based on the analysis and recommendations of a 1988 education sector 
assessment and will be built around three components:  (1) the 
instructional program; (2) supervision and school support; and (3) 
planning, management, and finance.  Grant funds will be used to procure 
TA from A.I.D./W's Improving the Efficiency of Education Systems project.
