Negotiations:  A Fact of Life, and How Women Negotiate Differently than Men

The audience was engaged and lively.  Several participants requested follow-up sessions. 

A request for a follow-up session on managing anger adaptively, as a cue to use cognitive

problem-solving rather than acting on anger, was requested.

 

Also, practice negotiations (eg., role playing a specific situation) was also requested.  A

book club to review works on negotiations and other useful strategies for women was also

advance by a participant.
