I am an Assistant Professor of Environmental and Occupational Health (EOH), with a secondary appointment in the Clinical Translation Science Institute in the School of Medicine. My research interests include food safety (particularly foodborne mycotoxins), global health, and biotechnology; to which I apply the tools of economics, risk analysis, risk communication, and policy analysis.
