Welcome to my site. I am an Associate Professor of Environmental and Occupational Health (EOH), with a secondary appointment in the Clinical Translational Science Institute in the School of Medicine. My research interests include food safety (particularly foodborne mycotoxins), global health, and biotechnology; to which I apply the tools of economics, risk analysis, risk communication, and policy analysis. Have a look around my site, and if you have any questions or comments, I can be reached at the information provided above.
