Developed a new algorithm for detecting k-sparse solutions as a competitor to standard
compressed sensing. Formulated goal to construct techniques with fewer requirements restricted
isometry property of the mapping matrix. Constructed a novel solver for the algorithm using
non-convex truncated norm optimization through Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers
(ADMM) and implemented it in Python. Presented by Prof. Paffenroth in Conference: Systems of

Researched an improved group graphic lasso for calculating precision matrix of fMRI (Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging) data and rebuilding brain network structure which has assumed that part of brain structure has inner connection. Used python and Matlab to implement this algorithm and visualize it with Mayavi.
