The primary purpose is to increase the immunization rates in Allegheny County, particularly in underserved areas, to meet the 1996 National Childhood Immunization Initiative goal that at least 90% of all 2-year-olds are age-appropriately immunized. The secondary purpose is to link children who do not have a primary cre provider with a medical home.
