Ronald Glick, MD

Ronald Glick, M.D. joined the Department of Family Medicine during the summer of 2002.
A native of Chicago, he is a 1979 graduate of the University of Illinois School of
Medicine. He did his residency at Cardinal Glennon Memorial Hospital for Children in
St. Louis; Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in general and child psychiatry;
UPMC in physical medicine and rehabilitation; as well as training at the Children's
Hospital in Boston in pain management. Dr. Glick is certified by the American Board
of Psychiatry and Neurology in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry;
the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and American Board of Pain
Medicine. Dr. Glick has been on the faculty at the School of Medicine since 1985 and has
had appointments in the department of anesthesiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation,
and psychiatry. Currently, Dr. Glick is Director of the Center for Complementary Medicine
at UPMC Shadyside.
