Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG)
The Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG) is a student run group sponsored by both the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians. The purpose of the FMIG is to promote interest in the specialty of Family Medicine and to provide support to students who wish to pursue a career in Family Medicine. The Department of Family Medicine and Clinical Epidemiology offers extensive practical support to the FMIG. Drs. Dan Lincoln and Donald Middleton, both faculty members from the department act as the group's advisors.
