I will send you an email containing a zipped set of attachments for the work files you need to prepare for use with the book ESSENTIAL Microsoft Office 2000: Tutorials for Teachers, by Bernard John Poole and Rebecca Randall. It is best to unzip the work files onto either a USB (Thumb or Flash) drive, zip disk, or a CD-RW disc. To unzip the file you will need a program such as WinZip which can be downloaded as a demo from this website: http://www.winzip.com.

The first folder is called WorkDisk containing the following folders and files:

Mergedoc folder: containing the following files (and file type and size where necessary to distinguish one file from another):
• Charts (Excel--14K)
• Letters (Word)
• Roster (Word)
Other folder:  containing the following files (and file type and size where necessary to distinguish one file from another):
• Charts (Excel--34K)
• Gradebk (Excel)
• Roster2000 (Access)
Practice folder:  containing the following files:
• Birds (Access)
• Termpapr (Word)
Tmplates folder:  containing the following files:
• Gradetmp (Excel)

The next disk is called PowerPoint containing the following folders and files:

Scrnbean folder: containing the following files (all .gif files):
• Confused
• Contused
• Elated
• Inspired
• Jubilee
• Juggler
• Nowwhat
• Yayyy
TudorMon (PowerPoint file--not in a folder)
