I will send you an e-mail containing a zipped file containing the work files you need to accompany the book ESSENTIAL Microsoft Office XP: Tutorials for Teachers, by Bernard John Poole, Lorrie Jackson, and Rebecca Randall. It is best to unzip the work files onto either a USB (Thumb or Flash) drive, zip disk, or a CD-RW disc. To unzip the attached zip file you will need a program such as WinZip which can be downloaded as a demo from this website: http://www.winzip.com. Once unzipped, the Work Files for Office XP folder will contain the following three folders:

Alphabet folder: containing a graphic (jpeg) of each of the letters of the alphabet
Merge Documents folder:  containing the following files:

Other folder:  containing the following files:

• Study Guide (Word)
• Teacher Bullet (graphic--jpeg)

• Grades Template (Excel)

Scrnbean folder: containing the following files (all .gif files):
