Instructions for Preparing the Disks
to Accompany the Book
I will send you an e-mail containing a zipped file of
the three sets of work files you will need to accompany the book ESSENTIAL Microsoft
Office 2003: Tutorials for Teachers.
To unzip the file you will need a program such as WinZip which can be downloaded
as a demo from this website:
http://www.winzip.com
It is best to use a USB (Thumb, Flash) drive, zip disk or a CD-RW disc (NOT a CD-R disc). You will naturally be able to store all the files on a single
USB drive, zip disk or CD-RW disc. Feel free to go that route, in which case you would create three new folders on the one disk.
The sets of files are as follows:
The Work Files folder will contain the following folders and files:
Alphabet folder: containing a graphic (jpeg) of each of
the letters of the alphabet
Merge Documents folder: containing the following files:
-
Gradedata (Excel)
-
Letters (Word)
- Roster 2004 (Access database)
Other folder: containing the following files:
-
Charts (Excel)
-

Practice folder: containing the following files:
-

-
