Bio

I am a rising junior studying electrical engineering at the University of Pittsburgh’s Swanson School of Engineering. I am also pursuing minors in mechanical engineering and economics. My academic coursework thus far can be viewed in the “Academics” section of this website. I intend on pursuing a concentration in digital systems during the final four semesters of my undergraduate program. In my future I would like to work in the defense and aerospace industries.

Projects

Digital Logic Laboratory

Description: I am currently completing a digital logic laboratory which requires application of digital logic principles. This lab involves use of 7400 series IC chips to create digital logic circuits. Most designs are made using Altera Quartus design and simulation software. Designs are then analyzed and debugged using lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.

Swanson School of Engineering First-Year Engineering Conference- THAAD: Facing the Complex Ballistic Missile Threat

Description: Working with one other first-year engineering student, I researched and wrote a paper on the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) ballistic missile defense system. The project also involved creating a poster and presenting to professors, students, and family at the first-year engineering conference. Our poster won best in session.
