Automatic scoring system

1. Sharif is adding more rules into the scoring program.

Automatic checking vs. Manual checking

1. Rerun the 64 governmental websites. Shows correlation between automatic checking score and total web barrier score. 
2. Run on homepages of 30 general websites also show strong correlation 
3. Al pointed out that simple correlation may not appropriate for deciding whether one measurement is a replacement for another. He mentioned some algorithm named Altman Bland plot he will find the reference.
   

Web accessibility and Page Rank

1. One of the research paper use manual checking to measure web page complexity. Al will continue his tag based research to explore whether the complexity measurement can be derived from the HTML code itself.

Historic study of web accessibility

1. Stephenie has started working on checking web accessibility of historic webpage. She used the first avaible page of each website of each year as the unit of analysis
2. She found the number of webpage in the site is too small
3. Dr. Parmanto suggested to make sure it check the historic pitt homepage instead of the directory in way back machine.
