INTRODUCTION. I am maintaining an electronic bibliography of papers on the theory and methodology of sequence analysis, alignment, comparison or consensus. The bibliography also has many papers on estimating phylogenies from sequences. It includes only a few papers on the comparison or prediction of sequence structures.
