About the Medical Staff:
Clark A. Rosen, M.D., Director,
is assistant professor
of otolaryngology at the University
of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He received his undergraduate
degree from the University of California,
Berkeley, and conducted his medical studies at Rush Medical College in
Chicago. Dr. Rosen received his otolaryngology training at the Oregon
Health Science University in Portland, Oregon and completed a fellowship in
laryngology and care of the professional voice at the University of
Tennessee, Memphis, and the University of Tennessee Voice Institute. He
is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology -- Head and Neck
Surgery. A board-certified otolaryngologist, Dr. Rosen's practice is
dedicated to care of the performing voice and voice disorders.
Thomas Murry, Ph.D., Associate Director,
is adjunct
professor of
otolaryngology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and
director of the Center for Speech, Language and Swallowing Disorders. A
native of Ambridge, Pa., he holds a bachelor's degree in speech pathology
from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a master's degree in
communication sciences from Ohio State University, and a doctorate in
speech physiology from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He is a
Fellow of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and a
member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Voice Foundation. Dr.
Murry's practice is dedicated to care of the performing voice and voice
disorders.
