You are cordially invited to attend a presentation sponsored by the Center for Research in Chronic Disorders on February 26, 1996 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Room 123 of Victoria Building.

Patricia F. Brennan, PhD, RN, FAAN, Associate Professor of Nursing, Systems Engineering, and Sociology at Case Western Reserve University will present the topic of "Nursing Informatics: Technology Linking Patients and Nurses." A reception will be held in the lobby immediately following the presentation to give individuals the occasion to meet Brennan.

We are fortunate to bring to university constituents the opportunity to meet Dr. Brennan and hear her work with computers and home-care support. Dr. Brennan’s unique perspective derives from her master’s degree in nursing and her doctoral degree in industrial engineering. She is the principal investigator for the National Institute on Aging grant entitled, "Supporting Home Care via a Community Computer Networks" and a National Center for Nursing Research grant entitled, "Self Care Nursing for AIDS-ARC via Computer Networks."
