Innovations in Reducing Stroke and Prostate Cancer in Minority Men

The purpose of this research study is to increase particpants’ awareness of prostate cancer and stroke risk and ways that individuals can decrease their risk. African American men who are age 35 and older and live in Allegheny County are eligible to participate in this research study. Particpants in this research study will attend a 90 minute educational session that is designed to inform attendees about:
Their risk for prostate cancer and stroke
How to reduce certain risk factors


Participants are compensated for their time.
