Connections to Other Programs
In addition to the core faculty and affiliates, the Department of
Psychology has a number of faculty who are important resources for training
in cognition. These include the faculty of the Developmental Psychology
Program and the Biopsychology Program. Important connections exist also to
training units outside the department. For example, the Program in Intelligent Systems, the
Department of Linguistics,
the Department of
Political Science, the School of Education and the Neuroscience Program
are all represented on the program faculty. Training opportunities also
exist in other departments and at Carnegie-Mellon University.
