COVID Practice Updates In response to social distancing guidelines related to COVID-19, the University of Pittsburgh Clinical Psychology Center will continue to operate on a remote basis until further notice. The clinic remains closed for all in-person appointments at this time. However, the clinic is now accepting new referrals for individual therapy for children and adults, utilizing video-based teletherapy platforms. The Clinical Psychology Center at the University of Pittsburgh provides
a full range of outpatient psychological services at reduced fees. In
this training clinic, advanced graduate students in the Clinical
Psychology Program offer a wide variety of treatment approaches,
including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and family systems psychotherapy. We offer the following kinds of treatment:
Medication management is available in conjunction with the above
services, and psychological testing can also be arranged for both adults
and children. Because the Center is not available for 24 hour/day
emergencies, we are not able to provide services for a few clients who
may have very serious emotional difficulties. Services are provided
without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, handicap, or sexual
orientation. |
