I can not believe I just won the lottery. In a million years, I never expected to pick the lucky numbers and walk away with millions of dollars. Yet, I am still very young. Even millions of dollars can be spend quickly. I do not want to frivolously waste my money on entertainment and partying. This money can help establish a greater future for my children and my grand children. Plus, I want to have plenty of money for when I get older myself. Too many times, I have heard about people who win the lottery and then waste all of the money in a ridiculously short amount time. After I had a moment to think about what had just happened when I saw the winning numbers, I decided I was going to put most of the money into property investment. Then, of course, I was going to take a nice portion of the winnings and share it with my friends and family. If you win the lottery, you have to go out and celebrate to some extent. Anyway, it has been a couple of weeks since I won and I have been looking over some locations on the map to buy island property. It would be nice to own some land on an island. If only for status, it would be fun to tell people. The search took awhile, but there is some nice property for sale in Cyprus. The island is fairly big and is located north of Egypt. I have narrowed down my choices considerably and I now have only three different areas of Cyprus property to choose from. It is important to me that the property is on the coast. I have never lived near a large body of water. There is a stream out behind my house here in the United States, but it is nothing like the Mediterranean Sea. If I am going to have a mortgage to pay on this land, I want to wake up in the morning and look out on the sea. There is really no point in buying land on an island near Greece if you can not open your door and be walking right on the beach.
