Our prices are in U.S. dollars, and include shipping and handling for orders shipped within the United States. We regret that, since the U.S. Postal Service has eliminated international surface mail service, orders shipped outside the U.S. must go by air and we must make an additional charge. These costs vary widely for different countries; please inquire by email, telephone, or fax (see below). If you're in a hurry, we can arrange express shipping at an additional charge. In this case, it's a good idea to inquire by email, telephone, or fax (see below) to be sure the titles you need are in stock. Exchange rates and other costs vary continually, so prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax must be added on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Pennsylvania (6%, except within Allegheny County, where the rate is 7%).
Payment is easiest by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only, please). We are happy to receive credit card information by email, but we do not maintain a "secure server," so we cannot guarantee that no one else will see it on its way through the Internet. We'll need your card number and expiration date (and your signature if you're sending your order by mail or fax). Payment may also be made by check (payable to the University of Pittsburgh, drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars) or money order (also in U.S. dollars).

When you see a book you'd like to buy, write down three things: the order code, a couple of words from the title (to be sure there's no mistake), and the price. Total up the cost, write down payment information and the address we should send the books to, and mail or fax us the list (see below).

Open up your email program in one window and your browser in another or click here. Then type in three things for each book: the code number, the title, and the price. Total up the cost, include payment information, and email us the list (email@example.com).
