Personal Bio

Hi, I’m Bradley Lyons. I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, the home of greatest things in America. Thunder Over Louisville, the largest fireworks show in North America; Louisville Slugger Baseball Bats, the greatest thing to happen to baseball; 90% of the U.S.’ disco balls, the "greatest"(just kiddings) music era; Saint Xavier HS, Home of the greatest HS rivalry in the nation, ST.X vs Trinity; The Kentucky Derby, the fastest two minutes in sports; and Muhammad Ali, who they simple call ‘The Great’.

At Pitt I have fallen into a passion with the field of Chemical Engineering. The Pillars Curriculum is unparralled in style and effectiveness. I atteneded PITT Plus Three Program the summer of my freshamn year, traveling to Chile. Upon my return I became involved with AIChE and lead the ChE department, along with my Co-Chair Becca Byrnes, to a solid win in the 2010 E-Week Competition

I love my choice in attending Pitt. Many great opportunities are offered here for those who want to take advantage of them.

Below is my Freshman Engineering Project for (ENGR 0715: Engineering Applications for Society) which this site was originally created.
