This survey is for participants in Howard Hughes Medical Institute sponsored undergraduate research programs at the University of Pittsburgh between 1992 and the present. We have been tracking the career and professional paths of program participants since 1993 and most of you are familiar with our annual efforts to contact you. Our development of an on-line form takes the place of our past emails and phone calls and hopefully will facilitate the process.
