Bowie: Segues
Bowie: Spaceboy: 1995 - 1997
The following represents what the Segue Service would recommend to Bowie enthusiasts for a reasonable overview of 1995-1997. Essentially, this is a compressed presentation of his remarkable comeback albums "Outside" and "Earthling." The rearranged sequence for "Outside" allows the 74 minute album to fit on a 45 minute cassette side while still creating a rational context. We welcome your critique.
Side 1 (45 minutes)
- Outside
- The Heart’s Filthy Lesson
- The Motel
- I Have Not Been to Oxford Town
- No Control
- The Voyeur of Utter Destruction
- We Prick You
- I’m Deranged
- Strangers When We Meet
Side 2 (45 minutes)
- Little Wonder
- Looking For Satellites
- Battle for Britain
- Seven Years in Tibet (does anyone remember this on the movie soundtrack?)
- Dead Man Walking (and does anyone remember this from its movie soundtrack?)
- I’m Afraid of Americans
- Hallo Spaceboy
