Bing Crosby recorded loads of albums, but for my money, he always worked best with a dixieland band. Bob Scobey was a West Coast trumpeter who for years led his "San Francisco Jazz Band." As far as I know, he never blew a bad note. Sadly, this album is not available on CD and hard to find on LP.
