Many regard this as the greatest of Ella's "Songbooks." It contains top notch Nelson Riddle arrangements and sixty-three Gershwin songs. It was released in 1959 on five LP's and sold for a whopping $25.00. It is now available on three CD's. A one volume abridgment is also available.
