Medicine
I'm a first-year medical student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. I've just finished all of our "basic-sciences" and I'm moving into organ systems starting next week. PittSOM crams classes into the first 3/4 year so you free up time when you need it third and fourth year. The more time I spend here, the more I'm sure I made an excellent choice.
It's about the healing, and the doing, and succeeding. One of my life's themes seems to be indifferent results of excellent intentions. Medicine, I hope, will begin a new theme.
I also remember what a stress it was applying for school, I'd like very much to be able to post advice for applicants. I will be working on that in the near future (for now just email me at soulbwana[a]hotmail.com). For the moment, I'm going to leave a link to my old page on medicine. It's been renamed (more appropriately) PreMedicine.
