The Committee's principal functions include (i) reviewing the Bylaws of the University Senate, (ii) making editorial revisions to the Bylaws, as necessary, and (iii) reviewing and making recommendations regarding any proposal to amend, repeal or replace the Bylaws submitted to the Committee. In addition, the Committee from time to time may review and provide advice on other matters of concern referred to the Committee.
