The University of Pittsburgh employs nearly 10,000 full- time faculty and staff at the Pittsburgh campus. Add the regional campuses at Bradford, Greensburg, Johnstown, and Titusville, and Pitt employs another 700 full-time faculty and staff. Not bad for a University founded during the 18th century in a log cabin.
