Students for Justice in Palestine at the University of Pittsburgh
Welcome to Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) at the University of Pittsburgh, a new student group that aims to raise awareness about the devastating toll of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the role of the United States in blocking efforts at a fair and just peace. Composed of different ethnicities, races, religions, and ideologies, we are united by the common belief that the brutal Israeli occupation and its support from the United States are the main causes of the very real suffering felt by both sides of the conflict, and that it is our responsibility to do what we can to ensure that this situation does not continue.
