notes/updates Example: 07/16/08 The Children's International Summer Village program visited and received a Nationality Rooms tour, a scavenger hunt, international cookies (baked by members of Nationality Room committees), an exhibition of textiles and hats from the NRIEP collection, and a drawing activity in the Commons Room, Cathedral of Learning. Forty seven children from twelve countries attended. They were from the USA, Canada, Brazil, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Costa Rica, Jordan, and Egypt. Maestro Honeck was hosted by the Austrian Nationality Room Committee and the Austrian American Cultural Society. "closer look" feature for the large Byzantine mosaic and
