PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Poster Presentations:

We have 40" by 60" foam-core posterboards available for display of your poster. Thumbtacks will be provided. Posterboards are set up on tables distributed throughout a large room. We advise presenters to register and put your poster up on display before 9:45 when the conference begins.

Oral Paper Presentations:

You will have 15 minutes allotted for your talk. We suggest you estimate about 12 minutes for your presentation and 3 minutes to take questions. AV equipment for overheads, slides, and Powerpoint will be available.
