Welcome to the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing Continuing Education Program!  This site describes our onsite continuing education programs, which are designed to meet the educational needs of nurses (advanced practice, clinical, leaders) through innovative, creative and timely topics.  All of our programs award continuing education contact hours through the PA State Nurses Association. Overview of Onsite Continuing Education

Our onsite continuing education programs range in length from 4 contact hours to 8 contact hours. These programs are held onsite at the University of Pittsburgh or are co-provided through another agency. All programs are approved for continuing education contact hours through the PA State Nurses Association.

Accreditation

The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
