Two new conferences rooms are now available for use in Langley Hall; they are located across the hall from the A221 and A224 lecture halls.
Langely A219A : Executive Conference room The Executive Conference Room, A219A Langely Hall, is suitable for small meetings and is equiped with internet ports and a digital projector. The IP address 136.142.169.83 is available for use in this room with any computer. For those of you that schedule meetings here, please remember to leave the room the way you found it! If you find the room in another configuration when you arrive for your meeting, please inform Crystal in the main office. Push all of the chairs back around the conference table or to the wall and remove any debris. If the garbage cans have been used, push them out into the hallway for the custodial staff to empty. Lock the doors when you leave! For the kitchen, remove all food items. If the garbage cans have been used, push them out into the hallway for the custodial staff to empty. This conference room is shared between the Department of Biological Sciences and the Department of Neurosciences. Scheduling is coordinated by the two departmental offices. Langely A219B : Multipurpose Conference Room The Multipurpose Conference Room, A219B Langely Hall, is suitable for larger gatherings, seminars and receptions; it is also equiped with internet ports, a digital projector and a white board. The IP address 136.142.169.86 is available for use in this room with any computer. For those of you that schedule meetings here, please remember to leave the room the way you found it! If you find the room in another configuration when you arrive for your meeting, please inform Crystal in the main office. Return the tables to the set-up of 3 rows of 3 tables with 4 chairs around each table. There should be two tables against the hallway wall and one table in the corner for the speaker (near the media closet). Extra chairs should be around the perimeter of the room. Remove any debris.
