The A&S GSO usually funds at least one happy hour each academic year. All grad students and their guests are invited, although you must be 21 to be admitted to the bar area.
This year about 100 grad students from across Arts and Sciences went to Doc's Place for good brews, pizza, conversation, and just a night away from the books.
If you are interested in arranging a happy hour at a favorite bar or restaurant, think about serving on next year's committee or get in touch with the current committee chairperson.
